MFitness are proud to promote health and fitness for our local community and what better way to embrace the new year, than by running a community based challenge.
You can enter as an individual Male/ female or as a team
*** Team Format***
Teams of 4 People. Points totaled by the entire team over 8 weeks. The team with the most points wins!
Winning team/Male and female will be the person with the most points after 8 weeks.
Points will be awarded for:
✅MFitness Gym Session: 1 Point (Minimum 20 min Workout)
✅MFitness Group Workout: 3 Points
✅MFitness Team Workout: 2 Bonus Points for every team member in attendance.
✅Erris Park Run: (3 Points)
✅For Every 1% Bodyweight Lost. 4 Points
✅Weigh in Pre Programme: 3 Points (You must Weigh in by 6th January to get the points)
✅Weigh in Post Programme: 6 Points
✅Send In Before and after Pics: 10 Points per person (Permission must be given to Publish photos on Social media to gain the points)
How to Enter:
Its very simple you must be an MFitness Member for the duration of the challenge you can do this by joining online by or by calling in and signing up.
You do not have to weigh in (It is optional) however you will not receive any points for the weigh in if you choose not to do so.

€15 to enter both (team and individual)
€10 per person
(Entry fee goes towards the prize pool at the end)
